It's amazing what the youngest of five can get away with. Never in a million years would a dum dum been found in Sam's mouth at age 8 months, but Jillie pretty much gets what she wants as long as she is happy. I let her suck away until I realized that bubble gum sucker slobber was getting dangerously close to Ron's flip flops. So, after the picture was taken, I was forced to take the sucker away. But, boy did she delight in the sweet, sticky goodness for as long as it lasted. If only that simple joy could be bottled up and sold.
