I decided to make a dress for Maggie without a pattern or a tutorial. I just got out the machine and started sewing. After a few nights and sometimes being frustrated, the bodice actually fits, I installed a recycled zipper, and Maggie loved it. After I was done, I saw some things I would do differently next time. But, I was satisfied with the result and Maggie was thrilled. So, thanks to Nana's scrap bin for the brown dot, and to Maggie for being such a sweet girl to sew for.

Aren't you the sew and go lady! It just doesn't stop does it? I'm so glad you have found the joy in sewing. I've done a lot in my life that has brought that creative joy!
